Our online ticket sales are handled by a third party, Tix, Inc. (Tix.com)
Service Fee notes:
A $4.75 service fee will be applied to all tickets. The fee
will automatically be added to your order. Please
note that service fees apply to all tickets for a particular
event including children's tickets. Service fees apply to all tickets purchased including those at the box office. Box office purchases will waive the $1.50 per order processing fee.
Credit Card Safety
Tix uses standard encryption technology as used by most e-commerce
merchants to transmit sensitive data such as credit card numbers
such that it can only be deciphered by the intended recipient. Please review the privacy/security statement when you log onto the ticket sales page.
Payment Options
Payment may only be made by credit card. At this time we accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note at this time
we do not accept Discover cards. All transactions
are in U.S. Dollars.Your Privacy
Our mailing list is proprietary. We will not sell your name,
address, phone number and/or credit card information to any
third party for any purposes without your permission.
Our Privacy Policy
Our online box office is hosted by Tix, Inc. Tix hosts the
Web pages, ordering system, and order data. Tix automatically
collects order information but may only use this information
in the aggregate. Please see the Tix Privacy Policy for more information about how Yahoo! uses this information.
Taxes
Indian Ranch is located in Massachusetts. As of this writing Massachusetts does not levy a tax on event tickets. (hard to believe isn't it!) If you reside outside of Massachusetts then taxes may or may not apply.
Shipping Information
Tickets ordered online greater than 10 days prior to the event will be mailed out via standard U.S. Postal Service First Class mail at no additional charge. Tickets purchased within 10 days of an event will be placed in our will-call, also at no additional charge. If you require a different shipping method then please contact us and we will try to accommodate your shipping request. Please note that any alternative shipping method will be at your own expense.
In most cases tickets will be mailed out within 48 hours of purchase, however please allow up to two weeks for delivery for orders placed during the period when tickets initially go on sale due to the extraordinary high volume. If your tickets are being shipped to you and it has been greater than two weeks since purchase or you have not received your tickets within a couple days before the event then please notify us.
P.O. Boxes
Tickets may be mailed to any USPS address including PO Boxes.
International
Free shipping only applies to addresses that qualify for delivery via U.S. Postal Service First Class mail. If your address does not qualify then we will automatically place the tickets into our will-call. If you prefer to have the tickets sent to via alternative shipping method at your own expense then please contact us to make arrangements.
Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete.
If the address is incomplete or inaccurate it may delay receipt of your tickets or the tickets may be delivered to the wrong address. It is not our responsibility to verify your correct address information.
Return Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges allowed on any ticket purchases except for the rare occasion when a show may be cancelled and not rescheduled. It is rare for a show to be cancelled or rescheduled, however if a show is rescheduled then the same tickets will be valid for the new show date. Any refunds issued will not include any service, handling or shipping fees paid. Please be certain of your purchase decision before making payment!
Please note that our concerts are held outdoors and will commence rain or shine. Only under extreme weather conditions will a show be cancelled or postponed.
